At Pro Led SignTM, we want you to be fully enlightened by your purchase. If your custom signage or home lighting does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard items and specialized support for custom orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the signage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your LED sign in its original protective foam and cardboard boxing to ensure the delicate acrylic and neon components are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipment and Tracking

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the sign for functionality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
